It's up, up and away as a host of hot air balloons fill the sky at Callaway Gardens.
The annual Sky High Hot Air Balloon Festival will take place September 3–5, 2010.
Kicking off the festival is a Balloon Glow on Friday night. Balloonists turn on their burners under
their inflated balloons and illuminate the evening with a startling display of jewel colors.
The two days following are filled with family activities including tethered balloons, helicopter rides,
line dancing, a classic car show, and more. There is even live
entertainment throughout the weekend. If conditions are right, balloons launch in the early morning and
late afternoon to fill the sky with color.
